Forthcoming Books

Four further books are planned in the Wolvern Castle series.


1) The first, "Secrets of Wolvern Castle: The North East Tower" will be published in March 2009.

ISBN: 978-0-9541700-9-7 £7.99 or 12 Euros.

It will be a story book illustrated in full colour, with 2 versions of the text in all six languages. A simple sentence, then an expanded paragraph, each telling the story of how ............. Watch this space!

This book will be a celebration of World Book Day held in early March in the UK, and 23rd April in Europe; and European Day of Languages held on 26th September each year.



2) The second will be twelve short 'Castle Stories' each about 5 minutes long, ideal for class time, with the associated illustrations and activities. The focus will be on the most commonly used words in the English language. The stories will also be available as audio books in our range of languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian.



3) The third will be three concurrent stories, each at a different language level, and each focussing on different aspects of language eg use of pronouns etc There will be a wolf story, a dragon story, and an Alex story woven through the book.



4) The fourth book will be a graphic novel, aimed at the early teen years, but which can be enjoyed by all.


Each of these will follow the same theme of six languages. Either with text in the book, or as a book plus separately available audio story CD, the same format as the first 'Alex and Friends' book.
